pixelstyle: Microsurgeon, Intellivision - 1982 The Intellivision was the first console I played as a kid, and I have vivid memories of Microsurgeon. I could never figure out how to play it then, but the bright blocky depiction of the organs has always stuck with me, and was one of the images that made me want to create pixelstyle - and that’s why it’s number 1.
